Don't Lose Your Home to Foreclosure

I'd like to share with you one of my best direct mail artwork that I worked on a few months ago in August before I made it live as a template for real estate agents to use. I did some research on foreclosure to familiarize myself with those issues people would be facing when their house are getting close to being on foreclosure. After some concept developing and thinking, I came up with the concept of a big scary hand hovering a foreclosure house. This gives off the feeling of someone that has the high power to take away your tiny home if you're not able to make mortgage payments on time and/or are having financial issues.

This concept would give the the audience (homeowners) the scary, visual effect it has on what foreclosure would be like. My aim is to grab the audience's attention and make them feel like they need to do something if they're experiencing this type of situation. This will give the opportunity for the real estate agent to pick up leads with this direct mail to help them stop foreclosure.

Please feel free to share your thoughts and comments about my artwork!

Cheers,

Mindy

Welcome to my blog!

So, this is my first blog. Woot! I decided to start a blog to have an opportunity to exercise my brain on creativity, discuss about some of my own designs, and my personal views about others' work (TV ads, magazine ads, direct mail I get in the mail, and much more related to graphic design).

Yes, that's right! This is going to be a blog all about graphic design! It'll be fun!

Cheers,

Mindy
